    Our services are flexible to you, offering one-off resets, monthly cleaning or daily cleaning contracts. You let us know what you need, and we'll take care of the rest.
  • Does Condor deal with specialist cleaning?
    We sure can. Our operators are trained in both traditional cleaning methods and commercial-grade cleaning with professional carpet and upholstery extractors and expert treatment chemicals and techniques.   • Do you bring your own equipment?
    Yes. Unless specified that you need us to use equipment already on site, our Condor teams will always arrive at the site with the appropriate equipment and tools to complete the job.
  • Can you clean outside of business hours?
    Yes, we value your business's workflow and that sometimes means taking care of cleaning before or after the traditional 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m operation time. Contact us for further details email: info@condorcleaning.co.uk
  • How are your services priced?
    Every job has varying factors that must be considered. So how does the process work? You reach out to us, and we can schedule an on-site consultation, free of charge We come up with the tailored solution, and present you with a quote or contract proposal Once you're happy, you can let us know when you need us to start You leave the cleaning to us, so you can focus on what really matters for your business. All our contracts have monthly quality audits. However, if you need anything answered more promptly, your allocated site manager will be able to assist you.
  • Do I need to sign up to a long term contract?
    Not necessarily. While most of our contracts are long-term, we also offer flexible options for clients who don’t require ongoing cleaning services, or who’d like to try us out before committing to a longer agreement.
  • Are there additional charges for weekend or evening cleans?

  • Are you and your staff insured?
    Yes, you can rest easy knowing we have up to £1,000,000 in public liability cover.
  • Will we have the same cleaning team each visit?
    Yes. We believe trust and strong relationships between our clients and cleaners are essential. Each visit is an opportunity to build rapport and familiarity, ensuring you feel confident in cleaners you know and can rely on to get the job done to your standards.
  • Do you background check you employees?
    Yes, we understand that some workplace environments are higher risk than others. So we ensure to run a DBS check before letting any of our cleaners enter the premises.
  • Can you provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)?
    We absolutely can. Whether we deem it necessary or you request it, our operations team can provide a detailed report on risk assessments of the work area and provide step-by-step procedures, equipment, control measures, and personnel required to perform the cleaning task safely.
  • Do you follow health and safety standards?
    It's a must. Before starting any job, our team members are informed of all possible cross-contamination elements and provided with the correct colour-coded equipment and PPE to ensure your space is cleaned in the most controlled manner.
